Wrapped Mini Package

This package is ideal for parents looking for a short and sweet session that captures their newborn in a timeless way. If you love the cozy, swaddled look, the wrapped poses are a great option. If you prefer a more natural, posed approach, beanbag poses allow for soft, delicate images showcasing your baby’s features.

Classic Package

If you’re looking for more images, the option to include siblings, and the flexibility to select from more photo options, the Standard package is a great choice. Plus, the $50 print credit allows you to put your favorite moments on high-quality prints, wall art, or albums. To help you make the best choice, I offer a consult meeting after gallery delivery at my studio where we can go over print options and find the perfect fit for your home and budget.

Signature Experience Package

For families wanting the most comprehensive experience, the Exclusive package includes everything you need to document your baby’s first days. With both wrapped and beanbag poses, plus family photos, this session ensures a well-rounded gallery of images. If you prefer not to include family photos, we will use the extra time for additional beanbag and prop setups, creating more variety in your newborn’s portraits.

WRAPPED POSES VS. BEANBAG POSES: What's The Difference?

Wrapped Poses

Wrapped poses involve swaddling your baby in soft, stretchy fabrics, creating a snug and secure feeling reminiscent of the womb. This technique often results in a calm and content baby, allowing for serene and peaceful photographs. Wrapped poses are particularly beneficial for newborns who may feel unsettled when unwrapped, as the swaddling provides comfort and security.

Beanbag Poses

Beanbag poses involve placing your baby on a specially designed beanbag or padded surface, typically against a plain color backdrop. In these setups, the baby is positioned in natural, relaxed poses, sometimes unclothed or partially clothed, highlighting their delicate features and expressions. These poses are typically done at the beginning of the session when the baby is most sleepy, allowing for gentle adjustments to achieve the desired posture.

Which Pose To Choose?

The choice between wrapped and beanbag poses depends on your aesthetic preference and your baby’s comfort. Wrapped poses offer a timeless, cozy look and are excellent for babies who enjoy being swaddled. Beanbag poses provide a more natural and posed feel, capturing the newborn’s innate beauty. During our initial consultation, we can discuss your preferences to ensure the session aligns with your vision.

Understanding Session Durations

Each newborn session is tailored to accommodate the unique needs of your baby. The specified durations—up to 1 hour for the Mini package, up to 3 hours for the Standard package, and up to 4 hours for the Exclusive package—are designed to provide ample time for feeding, diaper changes, and comforting, ensuring your baby remains content throughout the session. Recognizing that every newborn is different, these time frames offer the flexibility needed to capture beautiful moments without any rush.
